lowfat just like fried onion rings

1/4 c plus 2 T bread crumbs
1/2 t salt
1/8 t pepper
1/2 sweet yellow onion, sliced into 1/4 inch thick rings
1 egg white

combine crumbs, salt, pepper. dip onion in egg, then crumbs. bake at 450 for 10 minutes.
