roquefort cheese meatballs

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3 oz. crumbled roquefort cheese
1/4 t salt
1/8 t pepper
1/4 c butter
1/2 c burgundy wine

combine beef, cheese and seasonings; mix well. shape into balls, brown in butter. add wine and cover; cook 3-5 minutes.

makes 72 meatballs
