Uptown Tuna Burgers
1 lb. tuna steak, cut into large pieces
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
2 T. finely chopped cilantro
1/3 c. panko
2 egg whites
INSTRUCTIONS
In a food processor fitted with a steel blade, pulse tuna into small chunks, taking care not to overprocess. Add onion, cilantro, panko, and egg whites, season with salt and pepper, and pulse to combine. form into 4 patties.
In a large, lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat, fry the patties for 4-6 minutes per side, or until lightly browned and cooked through.
