Microwave cake
- 1/4 cup melted butter (50 g)
- 1/4 cup sugar (50 g)
- 1/2 cup flour (50 g)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
It makes two microwave sponge cakes. Just pour half into a ramekin greased with cooking spray, cover with plastic wrap poked with breathing holes, and microwave for 50-60 seconds. When finished you've got cake! For the full how-to, check out the post over at Instructables.
