lemon tart
- 1large Meyer lemon, cut into 8 pieces
- 1 1/2cup superfine sugar
- 1stick butter
- 1teaspoon vanilla
- 4eggs
- Your favorite tart shell
- Heat oven to 350° F.
- Put all ingredients (except tart shell) into a blender and whirl like crazy!
- Pour into tart shell.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until set, watching so that the top doesn’t burn.
